No, you don't have to have a demo or cooking experience to buy a Thermomix, you do however need to go through a consultant who will help you order your machine and organise a time to do a delivery briefing, in person or virtually, so you know how to use your new Thermomix.

Yes, we offer payment options at checkout, unless you wish to EARN your TM7, in which case your consultant will refer you to Katy, the SmartMixers Team Lead.

 For Thermomix® orders, if you wish to change your mind, you may cancel your order at any time within 10 business days of placing your order by contacting our customer service team via this form. 

 Thermomix®  is one of those bucket list gifts and your recipient is one lucky person! If you'd like to give a Thermomix® as a gift, please don't give the gift recipient’s email address when you place the order, as we will produce a shipping notification when we send it out for delivery. The engineers at Vorwerk’s Research and Development department in Wuppertal, Germany, have just one aim: reaching the highest possible levels of quality. Our environmentally-friendly production procedures are checked at regular intervals. Every stage of our manufacturing process is subject to the most demanding environmental standards.

As with the predecessor models, various key components such as the motor and the mixing blades will continue to be manufactured at Vorwerk's main plant in Wuppertal-Laaken (Germany). 

The final production of Thermomix® TM7 continues to take place in France. In addition to our production site in Cloyes-sur-le-Loir, further production capacities have been created by a new plant built in 2023/2024 in Donnemain-Saint-Mamès in the immediate vicinity. 

Thermomix® TM7 is thus once again a positive example of the cooperative collaboration between the Vorwerk locations in Germany and France and a renewal of Vorwerk’s commitment to the business locations of Germany, France and Europe.
